This notice explains how Senior SIM Phone collects, uses, and protects the personal information you provide when you sign up to be notified about product availability.

What we collect
- Email address — provided by you when you sign up to be notified.
- Usage data — Google Analytics collects anonymised page-visit data (see below).
We do not collect payment card numbers, national ID numbers, or any sensitive personal data. No payment is ever taken on this site.
Why we collect it
- To notify you the moment Senior SIM Phone is back in stock (on the basis of your explicit consent).
- To understand demand while the product is in production (legitimate interest).
Legal basis
Processing your email address is based on your explicit consent, given when you tick the checkbox on the notify-me form. You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing us or clicking "unsubscribe" in any email we send you.
Who we share data with
- Formspree — our form submission processor. Data is transmitted securely and stored on their servers. See Formspree's privacy policy.
- Google Analytics — anonymised visit data. IP addresses are truncated; we have enabled IP anonymisation. See Google's privacy policy.
We do not sell your data to third parties.
How long we keep your data
We will keep your email address until 90 days after the product ships to you, or until you ask us to delete it — whichever comes first.
Your rights (GDPR)
If you are based in the EU or UK, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Correct inaccurate data.
- Request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten").
- Withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.
- Lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority.
